SEO Elite Exposed

by Hass67

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the best way to get long term targeted traffic from the search engines. But SEO requires hard word and commitment on the part of the webmaster. It may take a few months before results start appearing.

First lets see what SEO is in nutshell. SEO means that you optimize your site for search engines so that they rank it well for the keyword that you are aiming. You need to do two things for SEO: On Page and Off Page Optimization. On page Optimization requires you to include html tags: title, description, keyword as well as H1/H2 headers and not more than 4% keyword density in the content for telling the search engine the keyword that you want to be ranked.

This is known as On Page Optimization. The search engines like it. But they love the number of quality back links that your site and that particular web page gets from other authority sites. This is called Off Page Optimization. The more quality back links your site gets, the higher it will get ranked.

Let me make it very clear. SEO: both On Page and Off Page Optimization requires work. If you have deep pockets, you can pay to SEO companies to do the hard work fro you. I do it myself and it is fun. Its just that you have to have the patience to work for a few months to get the results.

Some people fall into the trap of Black Hat SEO Gurus. These gurus will sell their eBooks for hundreds of dollars telling you to do this and do that. Avoid black hat. Search engines hate this stuff. Your site may get penalized by the search engines for using such techniques.

Black Hat SEO short cut is not good. It may work for sometime but the search engines will find it and ban your site. Other people buy SEO software. There are many available online. SEO Elite is one such software.

SEO Elite is expensive. It only tells you how many websites are linking back to your site. And what is the ranking of your site for a particular keyword. It does not help you in link building and it does not help you in on page optimization.

In my opinion, you need not waste few hundred dollars on such SEO software. Google gives you the resources that does these things free for you.

Have you heard of Google Webmaster Tools? If not then open a Google Account, you will get the Google Webmaster Tools free. Submit your site and its sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools. Within a few days, Google will index your site. Without getting indexed, you cant get ranked.

In the Google Webmaster tools, you will find the link Search Queries. Click on this link. It will show you the keywords for which your website had been ranked in the past week.

Click on: link:http://www.yourdomain.com on the Google Webmaster Tools page and you will find the backlinks that Google is counting for your site. If Google is not counting a backlink, it has no value.

Now, isnt this method better than purchasing SEO Elite? If you advertise on Google Adwords than you can use Google Analytics as well for your site free!

Google Analytics is a great free tool provided by Google that tells you everything. How many visitors visited your site on a given day, the countries from where the search was made even the cities, how much time they had time spent on the site, their referral path, the bounce rate that your site had, how many pageviews per visitor; keywords they used to find your site on the search engines, how many direct visitors and how many referring sites are giving you visitors.

articles needs to be informational, forthright and entertaining to read

by Jason Glover

Dear Friend,

Keywords are used all the time to help website owners get a much higher ranking. This can be a very effective way for people to get more traffic to their website. However, the overuse of keywords has lead to a lot of abuse and has created problems for many people who use keywords too often.

To aid in reducing this abuse, search engine webmasters have created algorithms to aid them in determining what sites are offering valuable content and which ones are not. Currently, keywords that have 12% of keywords used in it are being looked into.

This shift has really increased writing jobs. If you are a writer, even though the economy is very slow, it is highly likely you can get jobs writing SEO articles.

The best way to write the best articles using this technique is to have good content in your article and the appropriate use of keywords. One way to do this is to target areas to place the keywords. For instance, you should put at least two keywords or phrases when you begin the paragraph and in the last paragraph. If you have a 500 word article, try putting a keyword in each paragraph.

When writing you should not focus a much on the keywords but the information the article gives. If you are writing an article about a produce you are selling for instance, tell your readers what the product does and why they need to have it. The key thing is to give the reader informative information and place keywords strategically. This is the way to get the most use from the SEO technique

When writing your article, do make the keywords seem forced. Rather, focus on quality content for the article. If you do not have information the reader wants, they will simply not read it. Another very important thing to remember is make certain you have excellent grammar throughout your article. If you do not, this makes you look like you arent smart enough to know what you are talking about and your readers will find it as a big turn off.

In case, you are not able to compose your own article due to lack of time or other unavoidable circumstances, try using freelance websites in order to hire article writers. They will make sure that your articles are written nicely and they may charge anything. $1 to $15 for a 500 word article. All you require to do is to make a research and analyze their previous samples.

To your success

Jason

P.S. In order to gain experience, you may want to write a few articles yourself before you hire someone else to do it.

Public Speaking Tips: What to Do Before You Start and After You Start

by Michael Jones

The following public speaking tips will ensure you open every presentation in a confident, interest-arousing style that will capture the attention of your audience:

The Minute Before You Start Speaking

Take three deep breaths the minute before you get up to speak. Breathe deeply by inhaling through your nose, then hold your breath for about 2 to 3 seconds, and then let go slowly through the mouth.

The easy breathing exercise can have a dramatic effect on you as a speaker. You will feel more relaxed and your opening words will hit the audience with maximum impact.

Wait For Attention

If the audience is still stirring when you get up to speak, DON’T START! Wait until the noise has subsided and the audience is giving you undistracted attention.

This doesn’t have to be embarrassing. Just keep a relaxed expression on your face, look around the hall in a pleasant manner and wait until the message gets through that you are ready to start. If the noise continues, then, you may want to speak and welcome everyone, telling them it’s good to see them present and suggest as they take their seats.

You could tactfully say something like this: “As soon as everyone is settled we can begin the program.”

Your First Words

This public speaking tip can make a huge difference to the attention you get from the audience as you start speaking:

Your first words should be given careful consideration seeing they are like a funnel which catches the attention of the audience and then channels it into your presentation.

Write out the first 1-3 sentences of your presentation and fine tune the exact wording. Learn them by heart so the launch into your subject is confident and unfaltering.

Variety Of Openers

Develop the skill of using a variety of opening sentences to grab the attention of the audience. Your first few words can make or break your presentation so it demands that you give them careful thought.

You could use:

A list of questions highlight aspects of the subject your audience might not have thought much about before

Quoting a prominent figure or authority or including statements from a press release

A true life story that ties in well with the main theme your are developing in your speech

Length Of Introduction

Make sure your introduction is in proportion to the length of your presentation.

An introduction lasting three or four minutes is probably a reasonable length if you are allotted half an hour for the whole presentation. However, if you are only speaking for ten minutes then your introduction will need to consist of a few simple sentences lasting 30 to 60 seconds, just enough to capture the attention of your audience.

Make sure the relationship between your introduction and the body of the presentation is not a case of the tail wagging the dog!

Newer public speakers often launch into their presentation without giving thought to the public speaking tips noted above. Nervousness often causes that. If only serves to highlight their lack of confidence and speaking anxiety. Discipline yourself to follow these steps and you can be sure your next presentation will appear confident, relaxed, and a pleasure to listen to!

Use These Simple SEO Tricks

by Hass67

Search engine optimization (SEO) is usually portrayed as technical and complex by most internet marketing gurus. There are many very simple SEO tricks that can help you get good ranking for a blog post.

Google gets a lot of daily searches and if that keyword has around 50+ searches daily that means traffic to your blog as long as your post has the ranking. You can get a lot of traffic to your blog if you use these tricks to rank a number of blog posts.

These tricks will only work if your blog has more than 50 posts. Post at least once on your blog. Once your blog has more than 50 posts, Google will start considering you a serious blog. Always try to post interesting and entertaining stuff on your blog.

Google loves blogs. Blogs means fresh content. Google usually indexing a blog post much faster than a webpage! In my case, my blog gets indexed in five minutes after I publish my post.

Choose a keyword that you want to get your blog post ranked before writing the post. It is very important that you use that keyword in the title of that post.

You should use that keyword within the first 25 words in the first sentence. Use the keyword as close to the beginning in the post as possible. Use the keyword in a natural manner in the content of the post but not more than 4%.

Try to include three or four links in the post containing the keyword solely. Give emphasis by bolding the link. The URL of that post should also contain the keyword as an extension like http:// www.Yourdomain.com/keyword. Both wordpress and blogger allow you to do this.

In case of blogger, you cannot change the URL of the post after you have published the post. So use the keyword in the title. Publish the post. Edit and change the title again if you want. But it should still contain the keyword.

If you do all these things that dont take more than ten minutes of your time you are telling Google; hey, this is the keyword for this particular post. You can use these very simple tactics to get your blog posts top ranking for keywords having 100,000 to 1000,000 competing webpages.

The Dirty Secret Most SEO Services Wont Tell You

by Steve Fawcett

You did your homework, filled your copy with effective keywords and gave your metatags some muscle. Thanks to strong natural SEO results, your clients are starting to find your website. But theyre not buying your product or service.

Why? Because you forgot your most important audience. You may have optimized for your site for the mighty search engines, but in doing so you made it boring, confusing or irrelevant to your most important audience – the human beings who are interested in your product or service.

Heres the secret you need to know to be successful in SEO: Keywords dont sell anything…even really good ones. They drive traffic to your site, but if the web copywriting theyre in is boring, poorly written or just plain confusing your clients will take one glance and move on. Studies show you have their attention for 8 seconds at the most. Powerful web copywriting will help you make the most of it.

Putting good keywords in bad web copy is a brand new way to commit the cardinal sin of marketing: over promising and under delivering. Remember, clicks are people, living breathing people looking for something they need. Truly powerful web copywriting, web copywriting that generates clicks and sales, has to be relevant to them and speak to their needs in a way they understand. People forget this simple fact over and over again.

If you want to write powerful web copy that generates a high level of organic SEO, the first step is to look at your web copywriting through the eyes of your clients. Theyll be reading it for the first time, so try and look at it that way. Is it clear and simple, or filled with jargon? Does it read like a real person talks? Do you make too many assumptions about what your reader knows? Does your copy have a voice that sets your business above your competition? And most importantly, does the writing on your site clearly address the needs of your customers AND show them how you can meet them better than anyone else out there? If it doesnt, its time to do some rewriting to make sure your keyword traffic doesnt go to waste.

Another thing to keep in mind: Writing natural compelling web copy using keywords can be tough for anyone. So if you dont feel youre up to the task, hire a professional SEO copywriting service. Unlike article mills, a professional SEO copywriter will take the time to learn the strengths (and weaknesses) of your business. The best SEO copywriting services will put a human face on your company by writing effective web copy that showcases your strengths.

You could start out optimizing your site with great web copy, and end up redefining your whole company. Thats what great SEO copy writing does. There is cost involved in this approach, but the money youll spend is nothing compared to the profits youll make by taking full advantage of your keyword traffic with organic SEO.

Dont throw away profitable keyword traffic with poorly written, or even worse, dull web writing. Write for yourself, write something you would enjoy reading. If youve got other things to do (like running your business) look into professional SEO copywriting services who can help you. When your site is filled with effective keywords and SEO copy writing that is interesting to your clients — thats when your website is truly optimized.
